Dialysis care is an essential service. Do not miss treatments.

Depending on the number of Covid cases in your community, government leaders might tell us to stay home. This has many names, like ‘shutdown’, ‘stay-in-place’, ‘shelter-in-place’, etc. Here’s what’s important for you to know:

Dialysis is considered by all government agencies to be an essential service because it’s life sustaining treatment.

Don’t miss dialysis treatments. When you miss treatments, you put yourself at greater risk of illness.

Our centers are following Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines to minimize the risk of COVID-19 spread.

If you have any trouble coming to treatment/dialysis care appointments for any reason, call your center immediately.

When you leave the house for dialysis care, carry the Satellite Healthcare treatment authorization form with you. Show it if anyone asks you why you are away from home. If you do not have one, click here, print the form, and ask your Center Manager to sign it and return it to you.

We are here for you. We will always be here for you. Please come to your treatment.

Together, we’ll get through this difficult time.
