We carefully follow guidelines from public health agencies to do whatever is possible to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure to patients and staff.

Before coming to your center:

As you arrive at your center

Please ask friends and family to stay outside the center during this time to reduce the number of people in the center and reduce risk of exposure for everyone.

Each day, everyone going into the treatment area will complete a wellness check in the lobby. This includes a few questions and might involve taking your temperature or another simple vital sign check.

If you’ve had a new fever, cough or trouble breathing within the last 24 hours, tell your care team immediately. No matter how you feel, we will continue to make sure you get treatment.

Inside the Center

Please wear a mask when at the center. Be sure it covers your mouth even when you are speaking. Click on the video above or ask someone on your team how to wear it for the best protection.

Our centers have implemented enhanced cleaning and disinfectant procedures for treatment and lobby areas.

Staff members treating those with flu symptoms wear extra protective equipment to keep everyone safe.
